International Facility Management Conference and Exhibition 2026

The International Facility Management Conference and Exhibition runs for its third edition from 20 to 22 September 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, under the theme "Smart Facilities — Smart Cities" and the patronage of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. It is known by its short name, SFMA EXPO.

The programme is built on eight tracks: technology and digital transformation; digital twins; sustainability and environmental, social and corporate governance; workplace strategy and the hybrid office; operations and maintenance; leadership and strategy; project and financial management; and the health and wellbeing of building occupants. Sessions cover smart and connected buildings, data centre management and cybersecurity, the size of the facility management market and the prospect of public listing, urban water efficiency, and the circular economy. An exhibition of operations and maintenance companies and smart facility solutions runs alongside. It addresses facility and asset managers in government bodies and companies, operations and maintenance officers, technology solution providers and investors in the sector.

The conference is open from 10:00 to 18:00 and the exhibition from 13:00 to 21:00, with the first day beginning in the afternoon with the opening ceremony. Entry is by prior registration on the organiser website; no attendance fee has been announced. It is organised by the Saudi Facility Management Association in an organising partnership with Sary Exhibitions and Conferences.
