Delete your SaudiCon account
This page explains how to delete your account and data in the SaudiCon app and website, a service operated by Knight Solutions Company.
Option 1: inside the app (immediate — app versions that include "Delete account" under Settings)
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose "Delete account".
- Confirm.
The account is deleted the moment you confirm. This cannot be undone, and sign-in sessions on every device stop working at once. If your version of the app does not show this option, update it from the store or use Option 2 below.
Option 2: request deletion from this page (within 30 days)
If you no longer have the app, send the form below from the email address on your account. We will write back to the same address to verify that it is yours, then delete the account within 30 days of your request at most and confirm when it is done.
What is deleted
- The account record: email, name and profile answers (career level, work sector, age bracket, education level).
- The sectors and interests you chose.
- Saved events and the reminders attached to them.
- Notifications.
- Your newsletter subscription — your address is removed from our mailing lists.
- Sign-in codes, sessions and linked external accounts.
What is retained
- The consent register without any personal identifier: the dates consent was given and withdrawn and the wording version you accepted, kept as proof as the Personal Data Protection Law requires, with your email, name, IP address and device details removed.
- Messages you sent us through contact forms, as correspondence — you can ask us to delete them.
- Aggregate statistics that do not identify you.
- If you wrote to us as an organiser, sponsor, media representative or speaker, that professional contact record stays until you ask us to remove it.
