A civil engineer with ten years of experience in the operation and maintenance of the water network in Riyadh. He served as Central Control Room Manager and subsequently as Director of Urban Sector Efficiency and Conservation at the National Water Efficiency and Conservation Center (Maee) for three years. Maee is the Saudi national body responsible for improving water-use efficiency and promoting conservation across the Kingdom's water-consuming sectors.
