Engineer Naif bin Mohammed is an executive leader with more than 25 years of experience directing organisational transformation, operations and capital investment within major government systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His executive responsibilities have covered project portfolios and capital investments worth billions of riyals, facility, asset and real-estate management, shared services, supply chains, capital projects and corporate operations, with a consistent focus on strengthening governance, raising operational efficiency, building institutional capability and generating sustainable long-term value. His career began from an academic foundation in architecture, reinforced by advanced specialisation in maintenance engineering and asset management, which shaped an executive perspective connecting design, capital investment, governance, operations and asset lifecycle management. He has held several leadership and executive posts, most notably Vice President for Support Services at the Eastern Health Cluster, where he led the transformation of capital projects, facility management, transport, supply chains and corporate services within the large-scale transformation of the Kingdom's health sector; the governance, contract improvement and operational transformation initiatives he led delivered sustainable savings exceeding 200 million riyals. His contribution extends to boards and professional bodies: he is a founding member of the Saudi Facility Management Association and sits on its board, served for six years on the board of the Saudi Society for Urban Sciences for healthcare architects, and is a member of the GCC Board Directors Institute. He holds a master's degree in maintenance engineering and asset management from the University of Manchester alongside his academic background in architecture, and has strengthened his experience with executive education and professional development programmes at HEC Paris, Harvard Business School, Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, Rice University and the American College of Healthcare Executives. His executive approach rests on integrating governance, strategic investment, operations and asset lifecycle management within a single decision system, focusing on building institutional capability, strengthening operational resilience, improving resource allocation and linking investment and operational decisions to long-term performance.
