Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Ajlan is a prominent leader in the contracting sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, devoting his efforts to developing the sector by strengthening regulatory frameworks, adopting modern construction technologies and enabling small and medium enterprises. As founder and chief executive of Saif Al-Emara Contracting Company, he has led numerous initiatives that improved project delivery efficiency and advanced innovation. He has served as Chairman of the Board since 2024, drawing on extensive experience in setting strategic direction and supporting business growth. He previously served as a board member and chairman of the executive committee of the Saudi Contractors Authority between 2021 and 2024, where he contributed to policies and strategies aimed at raising the sector's efficiency and aligning it with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030. His leadership record also includes membership of the board of the Riyadh Chamber between 2012 and 2016, alongside chairing its commercial committee, where he helped support the growth of trade and investment. He holds an MBA from Cardiff University in the United Kingdom, awarded in 2001, and a bachelor's degree in finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, awarded in 1999. He continues to lead transformation in the Kingdom's contracting sector, focusing on partnerships, sustainability and the empowerment of small and medium enterprises.
