Dr Majed Al-Fayyad is a digital transformation executive with broad experience leading digital transformation strategies, the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies, data governance and technology-enabled institutional transformation in the public sector. He has led and contributed to the delivery of many digital transformation initiatives in both the public and private sectors. He serves as Executive Director of Digital Transformation at the National Center for Waste Management (MWAN), where he leads strategic initiatives that apply emerging technologies and data-driven innovation to improve the efficiency of the regulatory system and accelerate digital transformation in the waste management sector. He holds a doctorate in management information systems and is a prominent speaker on digital government, artificial intelligence and data-driven transformation in the public sector.
