Ayedh Al-Qahtani

Founder and Chairman of the Board

Engineering consultant Ayedh Al-Qahtani is known for his strategic thinking. His management contributions have centred on leading the development and delivery of new projects and operational programmes, on facility management, and on improving activities across a range of sectors in the region. He works as a facility management consultant and has supported many local and international companies through the design, construction and operation phases. Over the past twenty years he has helped both the public and private sectors extract maximum value from their assets. He is the founder and chairman of the board of the Saudi Facility Management Association, a board member of the International Facility Management Association, a member of the safety committee of the Riyadh Chamber, a safety and facility management assessor at the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions, and a certified trainer in facility management. He has also co-founded and managed a number of conferences and spoken at them.
