Adel Bayazid is a visionary executive with more than 23 years of experience leading strategic initiatives, managing projects, achieving operational excellence and growing revenue in complex environments. His strong background in architecture and engineering management allows him to apply technical expertise to develop effective strategies, optimise resources and convert operations into revenue-generating assets. He began his career on giga-projects spanning investment, service and residential developments across more than one region of the Kingdom over six years, followed by more than 16 years in facility management in the health sector, where he was responsible for operating and maintaining very large healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with local and international standards, and leading sustainability initiatives aligned with environmental, social and governance principles. He serves as General Manager of Facilities and Safety at a private-sector hospital group, focusing on engineering solutions that improve operational performance and efficiency. He holds a master's degree in engineering management along with internationally recognised certifications in project, risk and facility management, and has a strong record of building and leading high-performing teams and strengthening collaboration with stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
