Consultant Mansour Mohammed Al-Miqbil is a prominent leadership and strategy figure and a specialist consultant in project management and facility management, with a professional record spanning more than twenty-eight years across the telecommunications, data centre and facility management sectors, during which he led numerous distinctive projects and portfolios in data centres and infrastructure. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from King Saud University and has completed a number of specialised leadership programmes at established academic institutions, among them London Business School and Smith School of Business. Over his career he has held several senior leadership posts at leading national institutions and occupies a senior executive position within a government entity. He has played a pivotal role in leading and delivering critical national infrastructure projects, combining executive leadership of facilities and operations, strategic planning and its execution, project governance and value engineering, management of very large investment portfolios, and telecommunications and government infrastructure, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030. He also holds an advisory membership at the Saudi Council of Engineers and is vice chairman of the board of the Saudi Facility Management Association.
