Co-founder and General Manager

Saleh M. Saleh is co-founder and General Manager of the European Facilities Management Company, Voice of FM, the first company specialising in facilities management consultancy and specialist training in the MENA region. He holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering, Construction Management Department, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, with a thesis on improving the facilities management lifecycle for residential communities in Egypt, for which he studied more than 30 residential projects across more than 15 real estate developers to assess the state of facilities management in private and government residential communities. He is a certified auditor of facilities management systems under the international standard 41001 from the British Standards Institution, and holds a project management diploma and a facilities management certificate from the American University in Cairo. He is a member of the Egyptian Facility Management Association, the African Facilities Management Association and the Middle East Facility Management Association, deputy director of the FM Ambassadors programme at the African Facilities Management Association, and a board member and former executive director of Al-Huda General Contracting Company. He brings more than ten years of project management experience, having delivered and supervised projects with a combined value exceeding one billion Egyptian pounds. He took part in the USAID Workforce Egypt project to establish the first technical secondary school specialising in facilities management, and in authoring and reviewing the content of six curricula for that school in cooperation with the Nahdet Misr Foundation. He advises private and government entities on facilities management in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Morocco and Mauritania, and has provided consultancy and team training for major projects including Zayed International Airport in the UAE and Riyadh Metro Line 3 in Saudi Arabia.
