Mohammed Sulaiman Al-Qarawi

Head of the Facilities Management Division

Mohammed Sulaiman Al-Qarawi holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and brings 29 years of experience in operations, maintenance and facilities management. He began his career at a military plant in Al-Kharj with FMC, taking part in its construction through to opening, then joined the founding team of Bank Albilad as Support Services Manager, before serving as Project Manager with EFS, the facilities management specialist, on Durrat Al Riyadh, the largest enclosed resort and park in Riyadh. He went on to become General Manager of Facilities at the head office of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, responsible for four hospitals and three medical centres simultaneously, then General Manager of Facilities at the International Medical Center in Jeddah, Senior Consultant for Facilities Management and Operations at King Abdullah University Hospital in Riyadh, and subsequently Facilities Management and Operations Consultant to a government entity in Riyadh. He is Head of the Facilities Management Division at the Saudi Council of Engineers, a founding member of the Saudi Facility Management Association, a certified member of the Middle East Facility Management Association, an International Facility Management Professional, a consulting member of the Saudi Council of Engineers, and a member of ASHRAE. He is also a certified master trainer, a project management professional and Six Sigma certified in quality, and has delivered numerous lectures on facilities management.
