Mahbouba Ahmed Al-Zahrani holds a Master's degree in Business Administration for Hajj and Umrah from Umm Al-Qura University, graduating with excellent honours. She has held several key leadership roles in Hajj operations, serving as PMO Team Leader for the Hajj 1445H season, Assistant Manager of Field Operations for the Hajj 1446H season, and Project Manager under the supervision of the Royal Commission in Makkah. She currently serves as a Project Specialist at the Holding Company for the Hajj 1447H season.
