Mohamed Masoud Mousa is an accomplished facilities management and infrastructure services executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Over his career he has built a strong reputation for transforming organisations, improving operational performance, mobilising complex contracts and building high-performing teams capable of delivering integrated total facilities management solutions at scale. He is currently President of Albawani Services, the specialised facilities management arm of Albawani Holding Group. Since taking up the role in October 2023 he has led the company's strategic transformation, growth and market expansion in line with Saudi Vision 2030. Under his leadership the company grew its workforce from around 300 employees to more than 1,400 within a single year, achieved revenue growth exceeding 600 per cent, and won and mobilised major projects including Diriyah Gate, Qiddiya Six Flags and Aquarabia, and Misk City. He also oversaw substantial improvements in corporate governance, commercial controls, profitability and cash flow management, and led the implementation of an advanced computer-aided facility management platform that improved service transparency, asset lifecycle management and the monitoring of contractual service levels and key performance indicators. His work further included corporate restructuring, policy and procedure development, rebranding, internal communications and digital transformation initiatives. Before joining Albawani Services he was Chief Operating Officer at Zahran Group, overseeing operations generating annual revenues of around 2.3 billion Saudi riyals across facilities management, landscaping, catering, city cleaning and security services. He previously held several leadership positions at Initial Saudi Group, starting as General Manager of facilities management and then Chief Operating Officer, leading a team of more than 9,700 employees and delivering major contracts with entities such as Riyadh Airports, Maaden, SABIC, TBC schools, Public Investment Fund projects and Red Sea Global. He also brings regional experience from leadership roles at Eltizam Asset Management Group across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, where he contributed to 20 per cent growth in facilities management revenues. Earlier he was GCC Country Manager at GCC Services, part of the Agility Group, in Uganda, managing a 25 million US dollar budget and achieving a 97 per cent workforce localisation rate. He holds a master's degree in international business administration from ESLSCA Business School in Paris and a bachelor's degree in mechatronics engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University in Jordan, and has completed executive education programmes at INSEAD in leadership, strategy and organisational transformation.
