Eman Alhajji is chief executive of The Golden Ratio Holding, and is also president of Saudi Youth for Sustainability, an initiative that works to bring young Saudis into sustainability practice and the environmental professions. Her work sits between running a company and building the pipeline of people the sustainability field depends on, a gap that is felt sharply in a market where demand for environmental and energy skills is growing faster than the supply of trained practitioners.
