Mustafa Alhakeem is an energy sector leader with more than fifteen years of experience in electrical infrastructure projects and renewable energy initiatives. He holds a degree in electrical engineering and an Executive MBA from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, along with the PMP credential. His career has spanned global energy companies including AREVA T&D, Alstom, GE, ABB and Hitachi, before moving to NEOM Green Hydrogen Company where he served as project manager and deputy project director for the power element. His expertise centres on implementing infrastructure codes, power systems design, major project lifecycle management, and aligning renewable energy initiatives with institutional operating requirements.
