Nishanth Kumar Pathi is Director of Cyber Security and Governance at Gulf Air Group in Bahrain, with fifteen years of experience across cybersecurity engineering, cloud-native security, data privacy engineering, DevSecOps and chaos engineering. He previously served as a Manager at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance, where he focused on digital transformation in the financial sector, and before that as Senior Consultant for cloud security at MSR Cosmos and as a cybersecurity services consultant at Wings2i IT Solutions. His work spans banking, telecommunications, transport and industrial manufacturing across ten countries including Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, India and Singapore. He holds the CISA, CISM, CIPM and CIPT credentials alongside AWS and Microsoft Azure solutions architect certifications.
