GDX Summit 2026 — Government Digital Transformation Summit

About the event
The GDX Summit returns to Riyadh for its third edition on 8 and 9 December 2026 under the theme "Digital by Design", running daily from 08:00 to 16:00 and bringing together government leaders, regulators, chief information and technology officers and chief AI officers around the move of public services from planning into execution.
The summit covers artificial intelligence, sovereign cloud, cybersecurity, national data platforms and smart cities, and the organiser announces more than forty speakers and over three hundred senior government leaders. Sessions take the form of keynotes, executive panel discussions, fireside chats with policymakers and case studies presented by the entities themselves, a format that aims to move from showing what can be done to showing what has actually been delivered, at what cost and over what period.
Registration is by application rather than purchase: a form on the contact page is completed in which the applicant states their capacity, delegate, exhibitor, sponsor or speaker, after which the organiser's team makes contact; no attendance price has been published. The summit is accompanied by the GDX Digital Excellence Awards in two streams: individual categories recognising leaders in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, emerging technology and women in technology; and organisation categories recognising entities that have delivered measurable impact in their services. Nominations for them open through a separate track ahead of the summit.
