Saudia Group Chief Transformation Officer

Ibraheem Sheerah is Chief Transformation Officer of Saudia Group, leading the enterprise-wide transformation agenda across the group's companies, among them Saudia Air Transport, flyadeal, Saudia Aerospace Engineering Industries, Saudia Cargo, Saudia Ground Services, SAL Saudi Logistics Services, Prince Sultan Aviation Academy and Saudia Private Aviation. His career spans more than twenty-four years, beginning as an engineer in 2000 and taking in Advanced Electronics Company and Saudi Railways Company. Between 2016 and 2021 he led initiatives within the Privatization Program and the Quality of Life Program, and he founded and led Technology Transfer Consulting. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and more than forty-six professional and executive certificates from Harvard, MIT and INSEAD. He sits on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of SAL Saudi Logistics Services and on the Gartner Research Board.
