Hatim A. Mutwalli is Head of Information Technology at Saudi Finance Company, where he leads the digitisation of the firm's consumer finance business. He has overseen a partnership with Nucleus Software running since 2014 and built on the FinnOne platform, which digitised the full loan lifecycle across auto, personal and SME financing, cut approval times from days to minutes, and kept products Shariah-compliant and aligned with Saudi Central Bank regulation. That work was recognised with the Excellence in Digital Consumer Transformation award, which the company shared with Nucleus Software at the thirtieth edition of Finnovex Saudi Arabia in 2025.
