Tareq bin Abdullah Al-Ghuzairi
Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Knowledge Management
Tareq bin Abdullah Al-Ghuzairi serves as Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Knowledge Management at the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP), where he leads the centre's marketing, communications and knowledge management strategies to strengthen the investment appeal of the privatisation and public-private partnership ecosystem. He brings more than 23 years of leadership and strategic experience across finance, financial advisory, project finance, aviation and corporate strategy development. Before joining the centre he served as Deputy CEO of the aircraft leasing company AviLease, where he helped lay the foundations of its global operations, and previously held senior leadership positions at Riyad Bank, most notably General Manager of Universal Corporate Banking, as well as leading the launch of the corporate banking business at the Kingdom's branch of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group. He has extensive experience in building investment partnerships and structuring the financing of mega projects such as Sadara Chemical Company and the Ma'aden complex. On boards, he has chaired the Saudi Company for Financial Support Services and served on the boards of several companies in the financial, industrial and insurance sectors. He holds a Master's degree in Finance and Risk Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Operations Research from King Saud University, and is a graduate of the executive leadership programme at Bayes Business School in London.
