Younes Amino

Executive Director

Dr Younes Amino, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, serves as Executive Director at Diriyah Company, which he joined in April 2024, leading strategic asset management initiatives at one of the largest giga-projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Drawing on extensive sector experience, he plays a pivotal role in maximising asset value, raising asset efficiency, improving performance and managing the asset lifecycle across Diriyah Company's diverse portfolio. His expertise covers development strategies, strategic asset management, and asset performance improvement and value maximisation, developed over a distinguished career in leadership positions across the public and private sectors. Before joining Diriyah Company he served as Executive Director at Asteco between 2021 and 2024, overseeing large-scale property management and real-estate consultancy operations across the region. He also served as a board member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors between April 2023 and January 2025, contributing his experience to supporting and developing professional practice in the real estate and asset management sector.
