Erick is the Chief Executive Officer and a founding partner of Edarat Group, where he guides and supports the group's vision, mission and values. He has a proven record of executing business plans and delivering results that improve the efficiency of client operations, increase profitability and maximise the value delivered to them. He also helps lead long-term initiatives supporting the company's future, including the development of employee career paths, strengthening the Edarat Group brand and embedding the principles of corporate governance. Erick works to ensure that Edarat Group continues to achieve operational excellence, and serves as executive sponsor for strategic projects, holding overall responsibility for ensuring their continued alignment with business objectives and the achievement of their targets.
