Engineer Hamad bin Saleh Al-Juhani is an architect and executive leader with more than 14 years of experience in facility management, asset management and operations in the government sector, with a strong record of establishing operational departments, leading institutional transformation and developing facility management systems in line with global best practice and standards. He brings broad experience managing and operating multi-site facility portfolios covering headquarters buildings, residential compounds, infrastructure and service facilities, with direct responsibility for assets and projects with a combined value exceeding 800 million riyals. He led the establishment and activation of the General Directorate of Facilities at the Roads General Authority, set its regulatory and operational frameworks, and managed the facilities of the head office and 13 branches across the Kingdom, developing safety and sustainability strategies and restructuring operating contracts in a way that delivered tangible financial savings and improved service efficiency. He also contributed to the digital transformation of facility management operations by developing electronic systems and modern operating procedures that strengthened governance and raised productivity. At the Saline Water Conversion Corporation he held several leadership posts in facility management and business support, operating residential compounds and infrastructure serving more than 17,000 beneficiaries, and led initiatives in quality of life, operational sustainability and crisis management, including ensuring service continuity through the COVID-19 pandemic. He raised occupancy rates, improved the beneficiary experience, reduced operating costs and developed preventive maintenance and contract management programmes. He holds an Executive MBA together with the Facility Management Professional credential and ISO 41001 certification.
