Ltd., one of the leading national companies in facilities management, site coordination and modular method construction. He plays a pivotal role in applying modern technologies, digital transformation, the Internet of Things and sustainability practices to facilities management operations, contributing to higher operational efficiency and improved service quality. He carries full responsibility for the end-to-end business development cycle, from market analysis and the identification of high-value opportunities and projects, through the development of commercial strategies and the strengthening of partnerships, to the achievement of sustainable business growth. He also leads efforts to localise modular method construction technologies, a forward-looking direction that improves project efficiency, enhances operations and maintenance performance, and supports the development of more sustainable and innovative models in the facilities management sector.
