Fawaz Samara is an entrepreneur and specialist in digital transformation and facilities management, and serves as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nabeeh, a Saudi technology company specialised in developing cloud-based and artificial-intelligence-driven facilities management and maintenance solutions. He leads the company's efforts to help organisations improve operational efficiency, manage assets and reduce operating costs through advanced digital solutions. He has hands-on experience in business development, building start-ups and technology product management, with particular focus on facilities management, asset management and digital transformation. Over recent years he has led Nabeeh's transformation from a maintenance services platform into a specialised facilities management SaaS platform covering CAFM and CMMS, serving many companies and institutions in Saudi Arabia. Fawaz focuses on applying modern technologies including artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and data analytics to raise facilities management efficiency, improve user experience and support data-driven decision making, while connecting global best practice to the requirements of the Saudi market and Vision 2030. Alongside his executive work he founded FM Infra Talks, a specialised knowledge platform supporting the facilities management and infrastructure community through specialised reports, professional dialogues, expert sessions and coverage of the latest sector trends and technologies. He has taken part in many international and regional conferences and exhibitions in technology, real estate, facilities management and entrepreneurship, and has built strategic partnerships with government and private entities, facilities management companies and technology providers to accelerate the adoption of digital solutions.
