Rami Karaki is a Solution Consultant and IT PMO Manager with more than 13 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering complex IBM Maximo implementations across the region. He serves as IT PMO Manager and Principal Consultant at eSolutions Saudia, part of the MIDIS Group, where he specialises in bridging technology, business strategy and operational excellence to help organisations modernise their asset and facilities management capabilities. Over his career he has successfully led enterprise projects across a broad range of sectors, notably facilities management, airports and aviation, healthcare, education, utilities, transport and government. He works closely with organisations to assess existing operating models and design intelligent, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, resilience and sustainability, drawing on modern and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, building information modelling, business intelligence and advanced analytics to enable smarter decisions, predictive maintenance and connected asset ecosystems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, is a certified Project Management Professional and a PMI-PMO Certified Professional, and has completed the executive programme in digital business strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
