He has experience leading institutional transformation and development, raising operational and spending efficiency, and developing governance frameworks, operating models and operational standards. His background combines strategic vision with executive and field experience, with a focus on translating strategies into operating models that can be implemented and measured, and on delivering lasting impact on service quality and operational efficiency. He has held several leadership positions and taken part in numerous professional conferences and forums. He holds a Master's degree in Project Management alongside a range of executive and professional programmes and certifications in strategy, leadership, project management and value management.
