Global PropTech Summit 2026
About the event
The Global PropTech Summit 2026 takes place in Riyadh on 25 and 26 October 2026 at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah in the Olaya district, under the theme Scaling Intelligence. It is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, with the Real Estate General Authority as regulatory partner.
This edition's programme centres on moving property technology from isolated innovation to sector-wide adoption, and is organised around ten announced topics: real estate tokenization, Saudi Arabia as a PropTech sandbox, AI in asset management, digital twins in practice, human-centric PropTech, affordable housing solutions, immersive real estate, platforms and marketplaces, smart and sustainable assets, and the next asset classes. More than eighty speakers from inside and outside the Kingdom take part, among them government officials, authority heads, developers, investors and founders of property technology companies.
Attendance is by advance registration through the summit website, and the registration form offers four participation types: visitor, sponsor, speaker and media. The programme runs across two days at a single venue, alongside a partner and exhibitor showcase and networking sessions between participants.
