The company runs on a private machine learning infrastructure that includes large language models trained specifically for repair work and a customised data engine giving secure, centralised control over sensitive information. It draws on a decade of troubleshooting and repair experience across home appliances, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and electronics, to bring simplicity and automation across the repair ecosystem. Its engines are applied in call centres, customer support, live chat, data cleaning, tagging and structuring, and e-commerce.
