Chief Executive Officer of the National Real Estate Registration Services Company (RER) since December 2022, the entity exclusively mandated to carry out title registration of real property in the Kingdom. He previously served as chief executive of Najm for Insurance Services between 2019 and 2022, and was named best chief executive in the insurance sector in 2020 by International Business magazine. He now leads the programme converting Saudi property ownership from paper title deeds to a digital title register that gives every property a permanent identity, and speaks at international forums on the role of title registration in safeguarding ownership and raising transparency, including the FIABCI Spring Symposium at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
