Najiz is the digital platform to which the Kingdom's judicial services have been migrated, covering electronic property conveyancing, the issuance and updating of title deeds, and services for enforcement, litigation, powers of attorney and wills, linked to government entities and to the banking sector. Its operations function is responsible for running these services, ensuring their continuity, measuring their performance and resolving the problems beneficiaries encounter. The centre bears directly on the real estate sector, since electronic conveyancing and transfer of property ownership now take place through it without attending a notary public, making it one of the pillars of digital transformation in Saudi property transactions.
