A Saudi engineer and entrepreneur, founder and chief executive of the AYEN platform. It began in late 2017 as a website for property inspection services, was incorporated in 2018, and has become one of the leading platforms for property inspection, survey, condition assessment and supervision in the Kingdom and the wider Middle East. He describes its purpose as reducing risk for the buyer and preserving real estate wealth, since technical inspection surfaces a building's defects before a transaction closes. In 2024 AYEN acquired the Egyptian platform Elmawkaa in a seven-figure deal as part of its regional expansion, and launched an initiative targeting ten thousand jobs in property inspection and field survey before 2030.
