In his leadership he has introduced innovative business practices and applied technology to bring long-term stability and financial sustainability to the company. He was awarded UK Businessman of the Year in 2017. He speaks four languages and has travelled to more than sixty countries, and is a sought-after international trainer and speaker whose programmes have reached several hundred thousand individuals and numerous organisations.
