President

A Thai property valuer and researcher, President of FIABCI-Thailand, of the Thai Appraisal and Estate Agents Foundation and of the Agency for Real Estate Affairs, and Director of the Thai Real Estate Business School. He has worked in real estate research and valuation since 1982, teaching valuers, brokers, developers, financiers, planners and consultants at undergraduate and graduate level in Thailand and abroad, with research reaching across Southeast Asia, Africa and South America. He holds a doctorate in land and housing from the Asian Institute of Technology, with further valuation training at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy and in housing development at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium. His landmark research includes the identification of 1,020 slum settlements in 1985 and computer-assisted mass appraisal modelling in 1990. He is IAAO representative to Thailand and a member of the Appraisal Foundation's Global Valuation Forum.
