He holds a doctorate in engineering from the University of Texas in the United States and brings more than 20 years of experience driving technology-led transformation. He works at the meeting point of the fund's property portfolio and technology solutions, leading the introduction of innovation tools into the development projects and assets the fund invests in across the Kingdom, among them smart city technologies, data-driven asset management and connected building systems. The fund's local real estate investment division plays a central role in the giga projects reshaping Saudi cities, and in setting the technical standards on which the new generation of those projects is built.
