The Real Estate General Authority (REGA) has announced that the Global Proptech Summit 2026 will commence this Sunday in Riyadh, running from October 25 to 26 at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah. Held under the patronage of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the summit is organized in strategic partnership with NHC Innovation and themed 'Innovation for a Sustainable Future'.
The event will bring together over 100 speakers representing 85 countries, including real estate and proptech specialists, thought leaders, CEOs of major real estate and technology firms, and investors from around the globe. Discussions will center on the role of innovation in emerging technologies for building a sustainable future, with a spotlight on the latest global proptech advancements and the impact of 3D printing on redefining construction and accelerating development.
The agenda also covers the legislative framework for proptech as a growth enabler, AI applications in real estate for demand forecasting, market analysis, and asset management, as well as the synergy between fintech and proptech in fostering sustainable investments and smart mortgage solutions. Additionally, the summit will explore proptech's role in urban development, supply chain efficiency, and the future of automation and data-driven decision-making in the sector.
