Roland Igbinoba

Founder

A Nigerian entrepreneur and health economist, founder of Pison Housing Company, a real estate and housing finance advisory firm offering solutions in real estate investment banking, mortgage operations and housing finance services, with its focus on the housing market across Sub-Saharan Africa. Before founding it he served as managing director and chief executive of FHA Mortgage Bank Limited. He also founded the Roland Igbinoba Real Foundation for Housing and Urban Development, which researches housing policy and property finance across the continent. He now leads the development and organisation of the PropTech industry in Nigeria, working with both the private sector and government on policy frameworks and advocacy, with the aim of creating an enabling regulatory and investment climate for property technology companies.
