A Saudi engineer and co-founder, with Abdulmajid Al-Baqmi, of the Nuzul property platform. The idea grew out of a difficult personal experience searching for rental housing and what it revealed about the difficulty of reaching sufficient and transparent property information. Nuzul is a business-to-business platform serving real estate offices and licensed practitioners with integrated digital solutions; its most distinctive feature is creating a website for an office or practitioner in under 30 seconds, on which they list their properties and manage their team. The platform operates across Saudi cities and plans to expand into Bahrain and Dubai. Al-Harthi speaks at property forums on the effect of digital transformation in accelerating transaction completion, and on protecting the privacy and security of client data as it moves across digital platforms.
