Senior Services Officer at NHC Innovation, the independent technology arm of the National Housing Company. He works on the day-to-day running of the digital services used by beneficiaries of the housing programmes, following the obstacles they meet and resolving them. The role of a services officer on a platform used by millions sits at the point of contact between user and system, and what is observed there in patterns of repeated complaints and stalling points in a procedure feeds back as input for the development teams improving the product. The National Housing Company runs more than ten digital platforms supporting digital transformation in its sector, among them platforms serving the construction industry alongside those aimed at individuals.
