A Polish entrepreneur, founder and chief executive of URBA Enterprises, a vertically integrated real estate group working in industrialised construction and delivering resilient housing across every asset class, from affordable homes to ultra-luxury development. He expanded the group across Europe, developing thousands of apartments and homes in Poland, Germany and Sweden, and is now scaling its operations in the United States market. His work centres on making resilience the default standard in building through industrialised construction, standardised systems and digital tools, so that housing and communities can be built faster, more safely and more sustainably.
