Chief Executive Officer

An Italian executive serving as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Svicom. She graduated with honours in literature and philosophy from the University of Florence and went on to a doctorate, completing executive programmes at SDA Bocconi and Politecnico di Milano. She was the youngest executive in the Italian Coop system, and from 2013 was director of real estate assets and technical director at Unicoop Firenze, before joining Svicom as chief operating officer, becoming general manager and partner in 2020 and chief executive in 2025. Svicom has worked in Italian retail real estate since 1996, specialising in the marketing and management of shopping centres, and now manages more than 350 assets in Italy with over two hundred professionals. Forbes Italy named her among its 100 Top Women in 2022 and its 100 Top Managers in 2025.
