World Stadiums and Arenas Summit 2026

The World Stadiums and Arenas Summit returns for its second edition as a conference and exhibition dedicated to sports infrastructure, held at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel and Residences in Riyadh on 14 and 15 October 2026.

The programme covers design, construction and modernisation standards for stadiums and arenas, cooling and climate engineering for spectator comfort and player safety in extreme heat, modular engineering for faster delivery and legacy reuse, digital stadiums and fan experience, venue security and crowd dynamics, and year-round operation with revenue diversification beyond matchday. It is aimed at architects, developers, contractors, government bodies, municipalities, clubs and sports federations, venue operators and technology and solution providers.

Attendance is by paid registration: the Primary Delegate Pass at 49 US dollars plus VAT for architects, developers, government, municipalities, clubs and federations; the Vendor Delegate Pass at 1,000 US dollars for technology and solution providers; and the Industry Partner Package at 7,000 US dollars covering two passes and event branding. An exhibition floor runs alongside the conference, together with the World Stadiums and Arenas Awards across 10 categories spanning architectural design, renovation, innovative materials, lighting, sustainability and community impact. The Athlete 360 Summit takes place at the same venue on the same dates, and delegates earn a continuing professional development certificate.
