Nasser Al Khori

Executive Director, Generation Amazing

Nasser Al Khori is Executive Director of Generation Amazing, the human legacy foundation of Qatar's Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, set up around the 2022 FIFA World Cup to run football for development programmes, build community pitches and train coaches in Qatar and in communities across the Middle East, Asia and beyond. The foundation is the working example most often cited when host countries argue that a tournament should leave behind more than stadiums. The foundation has built community pitches and trained local coaches in a number of countries, a model now studied by states preparing to host major tournaments.
