Ali Aldajani
President
Ali Aldajani is President of the Saudi Arabian Rugby Federation, which he built from the ground up until rugby became one of the fastest-growing school sports in the Kingdom. He secured an agreement with the Ministry of Education to include rugby as an elective school sport, and memoranda of understanding with the UAE and Qatar to strengthen the Gulf ecosystem for the game. Under his leadership the men's team rose from last place in its first Arab Sevens to a medal contender, and the women's and under-18 national teams were launched. He holds a degree in kinesiology and a diploma in data analytics and sports management, which he applies to the federation's development programmes.
