Provincial Director, Preschool and Sports

Bouchra Arrif is a Provincial Director at the Moroccan Ministry of Education, working across preschool education and school sport. Morocco has been expanding both at once: preschool coverage as a national education priority, and school and university sport as the base of the athlete pathway feeding a country that will co-host the 2030 FIFA World Cup and that hosted the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which puts school facilities and community access inside the same conversation as elite venues. School sport in Morocco is run in partnership between the Ministry of Education and the Royal Moroccan Federation of School Sport.
