Adriano Souza Guimarães

Managing Director

Adriano Souza Guimarães is Managing Director of ASG Sports Consultancy and Projects, an advisory practice working on sports venue and event projects. Consultancies of this kind sit between the owner and the technical teams: they translate a governing body's tournament requirements into a brief a designer can build to, and they carry the operational readiness work that turns a finished structure into a venue capable of holding a licensed competition. Experience in this field usually comes from working inside previous tournaments, because governing body requirements are learned less from the manuals than from applying them on a live site.
