Director of Data

Franco Maria Segarra Querol is Director of Data at Valencia CF, the Spanish La Liga club whose long-running Nou Mestalla stadium project has returned to construction. A club data function spans two worlds that rarely share a room: the sporting side, with recruitment models and performance analysis, and the business side, with ticketing, membership and audience data that decide how a club prices and fills the ground it is building. Valencia is among the best-supported Spanish clubs outside Madrid and Barcelona, and its new stadium is one of the longest stalled and restarted stadium projects in Europe.
