Amir Tawfik is Chief Commercial Officer of Al Ahli Football Club in Jeddah, one of the four clubs taken over by the Public Investment Fund in 2023 and since then among the heaviest spenders in the Saudi Pro League. The commercial function at a club of that size runs sponsorship and partnership sales, merchandising and retail, ticketing and membership, matchday hospitality and the digital and international audience work that turns on-pitch signings into recurring revenue. Al Ahli is among the oldest and most widely supported Saudi clubs, and Jeddah, its home city, is one of the host cities in the Kingdom's 2034 World Cup bid.
