About the event
LEAP is the world's most-attended technology event, and its fifth edition runs from 31 August to 3 September 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre in Malham, organised by Tahaluf, bringing together technology decision-makers, investors and startup founders from markets across the world.
The organiser states that the edition draws more than 201,000 attendees and over 1,800 global technology brands, alongside more than 1,000 speakers, 600 startups and 1,900 investors, making it a central platform for partnership-building and for showcasing emerging technology in the region.
DeepFest, dedicated to artificial intelligence, runs alongside it and within the same halls, and a single conference pass covers the stages of both events.
The speaker programme includes H.E. Abdullah Alswaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology; Dr Lisa Su, Chair and CEO of AMD; Chuck Robbins, Chair and CEO of Cisco; Shantanu Narayen, Chair and CEO of Adobe; Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN; the theoretical physicist Michio Kaku; Rishad Premji, Executive Chairman of Wipro; Ahmad Al Khowaiter, EVP Technology and Innovation at Aramco; and HRH Princess Lamia bint Majid Al Saud, Secretary General of Alwaleed Philanthropies.
Visitor doors open at one in the afternoon and close at nine in the evening each day, while selected pass holders are admitted from noon, and exhibitor access runs from nine in the morning until half past nine at night.
The General Pass starts at fifty dollars, the equivalent of 188 riyals, from 31 August once the free window sponsored by stc closes, and covers the exhibition together with the full conference programme across the LEAP and DeepFest stages and the Rocket Fuel pitch competition, while the Priority Pass costs 800 dollars and adds early access, the opening ceremony, private workspaces, premium lounges and dedicated parking. The VIP Pass is sold out.
LEAP extended into Asia this year through LEAP East, held in Hong Kong in July, which drew more than 25,000 attendees, 450 exhibitors and 600 investors, with Hong Kong confirmed as its exclusive host city on the continent for three years.
