Sultan Ghaznawi is Chairman and Managing Director of Scene Holding, a Saudi venture builder and investment firm focused on fintech, artificial intelligence and advanced defence technology. Its portfolio includes the fintech company BARQ, which scaled to more than seven million users in its first year, and QUDRA Holding, which develops AI-powered drones and defence systems. A serial entrepreneur and investor with more than a decade of experience across fintech, entertainment and real estate, he previously served as a board member of Oqal, the Saudi angel investor network.
